Vera Rosen-Bernstein is an artist and educator working in moving-image and multi-media installation. Her practice explores spiritual, physical, and artistic inheritance through animation, video diaries, and reenactment.

Recurrence documents the artist’s everyday experiences of medicalization as part of an extended family history of cancer-related illness, treatment, and loss, incorporating mixed-media installation, dance and archival footage.
