A hybrid documentary, made in collaboration with artist Aram Kavoossi, exploring American desert geographies as contested zones shaped by mythology, displacement, and militarization—drawing transhistorical parallels to Arctic imaginaries shaped by extraction, surveillance, and settler myth. Through sound and image, the project examines how land absorbs and reflects imperial histories, operating as both document and disturbance.
