Nathan Saucier is a filmmaker, educator, and media artist. He produces and directs films and video installations for organizations like the Guardian, MIT Media Lab, and Harvard CAMLab. He teaches nonfiction and found footage filmmaking at MIT.

Walking Fish

Nathan Saucier

A hallucinatory journey through the sci-fi world of contemporary aquaculture. Walking Fish evokes a space of human/animal hybrids, cybernetic killing machines, and technocratic management systems. Food sovereignty and automation collide in a time of ecological crisis, forcing a permanent shift in marine food production.
