“Krabi, 2562” Tours the Festival Circuit

Krabi, 2562, a joint project by filmmakers Anocha Suwichakornpong (FSC-Harvard Fellow 2018-20, Gardner-FSC Fellow 2018-19) and Ben Rivers (FSC-Radcliffe Fellow 2014-16) explores the Thai tourist community and captures the town of Krabi where past and present collide. The film premiered at the 2019 Lorcarno Film Festival and went on to screen in the Wavelengths program at the Toronto International Film Festival, the International Film Festival Rotterdam, BFI London Film Festival, and was nominated for an Asia Pacific Screen Award for Achievement in Directing.
